Admission into Research Programmes for Spring 2016 will be based on the performance in the Entrance Examination/Interview to be held at Hyderabad.
Programme Details : PhD in Computer Science and Engineering/ PhD in Electronics and Communication Engineering/ PhD in Civil Engineering
Eligibility : IIIT-H is inviting applications for Spring 2016 session from the candidates who have completed B.Tech./B.E./B.Arch. etc., in any branch of Engineering, or M.Tech./M.E./MCA/M.Sc.. for admission into Research programs in the areas of Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Civil Engineering.
Ph. D. Students Research Assistanceship : Rs 9000 per month until completion of the Breadth Qualifiers and Comprehensive Examination. And Rs 12000 per month afterwards.
Application Fees : Application fee is INR 2000 (Non-Refundable). Payment can be done through Credit Card/Debit Card (Visa/ Master Card) or Net Banking.

About IIIT Hyderabad
The International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad (IIIT-H) is an autonomous university founded in 1998. It was set up as a not-for-profit public private partnership (NPPP) and is the first IIIT to be set up (under this model) in India.
