JRF Chemistry jobs opportunity in  Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS)
Title of the project : 
Investigation of the folding of Cysteine-rich Neurotoxins in Ionic Liquid by Molecular Dynamics Simulation and Quantum Mechanical Calculations.
Eligibility requirements : 
1st Division/Class in M.Sc. in Chemistry preferably with NET/GATE qualification and Physical Chemistry Specialization (if applicable). This project is based on computation chemistry and simulations of biomolecules, specifically, peptides and proteins. It is desirable but not mandatory, that the candidate should have prior experience in coding and simulations. However, the candidate must have a reasonable understanding of the principles of physical chemistry and should be interested in biological systems and computation
Duration of the Project : 
Three years
Fellowship Amount : 
Rs 12,000/- per month plus 30% HRA = INR 15,600/- per month
Note : Selected candidate may be permitted to register for Ph.D programme of BITS, Pilani, subject to the fulfillment of the requirements
