Question 1: Tell me about yourself?
This is the first question frequently asked by recruiter. The answer sets tone for the rest of the interview. It can score you good marks.
Give a brief description of yourself including education background, family, location, achievements. Don't stretch it too much. Give a space to other questions.
EXAMPLE :
Hi, I am Ashraf and hails from Hyderabad. I did my honors in B.com from Osmania University. I had completed my S.S.C with 95% from Trinity High School. I have four members in my family and I am the eldest son. I love computer science and try to explore new things.
Question 2: what are your key strengths?
This is one of the most common questions asked by HR Recruiter. He tries to know about your clarity on yourself. Try to be confident
EXAMPLE:
" I am an optimist" is also enough. You can change it as per your innate strength. Be sure, you quote your own strength. Sometimes recruiter may ask you to prove it by quoting your one life incident.
Question 3:
What are your areas to improve? (Or) state your weakness
This might be a tricky question. Try to answer it with a twist of showing it your weakness and depicting it as positive thing to the company.
EXAMPLE:
Sir, I am a perfectionist. I try to do things with perfection. Due to this, sometimes i end up giving no time to myself.
Question 4:
Where do you see yourself in coming 5 years?
This question is intended to know about your career plans. Try to be genuine and specific.
EXAMPLE:
As am a fresher, in upcoming five years, I would like to sharpen my technical things. I want to picture myself with ability to contribute to company's growth and development.
Question 5:
Why should we hire you?
Recruiter want to know the quality of yours which will be helpful to company. Try to quote your trait which will help in company's overall growth.
EXAMPLE:
I have had some practical company exposure during my internship. so as a fresher, it will be easy for me to adapt new company environment.
Along with this preparation, try to keep yourself updated in the field of your expertise. Avoid reaching late for interview. Try to dress formal and avoid fancy clothes.
