Job Description
·Handling full life cycle of recruitment process,
end to end recruitment.
·Understanding the client's requirements to fill various
profiles.
·Sourcing quality profiles according to the requirement of
the client.
·Source quality profiles from portals like Naukri, Monster,
and TimesJobs and through reference & Network.
·Mass mailing the requirements.
·Should be able to pool candidates from various sources like
referrals and social networking sites.
·MIS Reports
·Maintaining database
Desired Candidate profile:
·A Graduate / MBA with min 1-2 yrs exp in end to end
recruitment
·A strong background in end to end recruiting and a sound
understanding of IT skills and technologies with a bottom-line focused business
orientation.
·Experience in using recruiting tools such as Naukri,
Monster, and TimesJobs to fill open requirements.
·Scrutinizing, short listing, co-ordination, telephonic
interviewing, interview scheduling, salary negotiation, & going through
every detail until candidate join.
·Coordinating at walk-ins at clients’ location.
· Head Hunting
·Client relationship Mgmt
·Database Mgmt
·Good communication skills
·Strong Networking & Generating references
·Good motivational and
excellent communication skills.
·Candidates from similar
background preferred.
Good Listeners with a passion to learn.
